Vertical Shaft Blasting Parameters Design Software based on Visual Basic
The design of blasting parameters,the most important first step in vertical shaft blasting engineering,which mainly adopts the empirical method at present,affects the safety and quality of the follow-up process directly.Visual Basic,one of the most widely used at present,is based on a visual programming tool Windows environment programming tool.It can be used in the development of database management systems,multimedia applications and graphics applications.Based on Visual Basic platform,software design of vertical shaft blasting parameters is developed,and it is based on the theory of blasting and a large amount of domestic and international experience.As long as we input the parameters of surrounding rock and necessary data of section sizes of vertical shaft,the software can quickly call the database related algorithm and optimized design.It can automatically generate the holes distance,aperture and single holes charge and other parameters of the cut holes,auxiliary holes and Peripheral holes.At the same time,according to the design results of optimal parameter generation blast holes layout,it will provide the designer with image,intuitive,accurate data and image,leading to vertical shaft blasting design more systematic,fast and precise.It is of great significance to control the blasting effect,shorten the construction period and improve economic efficiency.
