Numerical Simulation Analysis of Hydraulic Pressurized Blasting Effect
During the deep-hole blasting in open pit mine,ores and rock chunk mainly appeared in the upper bench.In order to improve the broken quality of ores and rock in the upper level,the hydraulic pressurized blasting was put forward.In this paper,on the basis of mechanism analysis of pressurized hydraulic blasting,the mathematical models of different water column heights were established by LS-DYNA dynamics analysis software.Based on the calculation the stress distribution states of different water column heights were obtained.In the same time,when the water column height was 2.5m,the peak stress increased 6.66% compared with no water column.While the water column height was 4m,it increased 9.38%.Under the same conditions,the peak stress of 4m water column height increased 2.55% than that of 2.5m.The hydraulic pressurized effect of 4m water column height was better.And the hydraulic pressurized effect was in conformity with the theoretical analysis.
