Study on Open-Pit Precision Control Blasting of Easily Weathered Rock and Its Application
Based on the characteristics of highly weathered and broken rock in Jinfeng gold mine,the network parameters of bench blasting were optimized by Surpac software,identified as 6m×7m,maintaining the stability of rock slope.By means of the millisecond blasting technology of the hole and outside the hole,the high accuracy initiation by hole was achieved with Orica high-precision detonator.The blasting was safe and reliable,reducing the mine production cost effectively.With the method of ShotPlus simulation,the blasting order and rock movement direction were guaranteed in accordance with the expected direction,which significantly improved the rock blasting effect.It is proved that the slope damage due to blasting vibration was significantly reduced with the technology mentioned above.And the ore loss and dilution rate were controlled effectively,making a good economic and social benefits.
