　　The exhaust tube to be removed is high 55m,locate within Fushun Titanium Industry Co.,Ltd.Risk is high and the environment is complex,a chlorine tank and pipeline is used around.Only the southwest side is open space.In this direction for dumping,to ensure the safety of blasting method and time,decided to adopt the South West 30° direction to remove.
