Practice and Reflection on Landscape Renovation of Chengdu Research Base of Giant Panda Breedingg

　　Established in 1987, Chengdu Research Base of Giant Panda Breeding (the Panda Base)has accomplished the engineering construction of Phase Ⅰ, Phase Ⅱ and Phase Ⅲ (covering 67 hectares) over the course of more than 20 years.In recent years, with the continuous development of external exchange, tourism opening-up and public education, the Panda Base is confronted with increasingly higher demands for the scenic region landscape.Therefore, the Panda Base successively conducted a series of landscape renovation for the gate area, the periphery of the Swan Lake, roads, nodes, navigation system, etc.This paper gives an analysis based on the practice of these landscape renovation and draws reflection for park landscape renovation.
