Phoenix Town from ancient barbarism to todays prosperity, has experienced thousands of years of set, change, declining, review history.According to Phoenix Town s special terrain, geographical environment, social, economic, political, cultural and historical background for the city, it create a unique living environment and architectural style.This paper set up the Phoenix Towns formation and building of mountain habitat environment and humanities environment;and how to create totally different residential environment and the humanities building suiting ones human and local conditions under the specific historical and geographical environment.
