Efficiency and Excellence, English Style Community -Notes on Design of Huangwai Residential Community Project

摘要：

　　It takes example of the Huangwai community project in Hangzhou led by the author.This paper comprehensively introduces what efforts and achievements the architect has made to achieve the high-efficiency balance and favorable interaction among the urban construction, social community and architectural innovation in the commercial project developed in suburbs from perspectives of planning, room and elevation.Besides, by successfully integrating the English Tudor architectural style of this community with the demand for modern residence, we express the positive understanding of the communication between Chinese and Western architectural cultures and their development.
