Analysis of the social value for Green Building using AHP(Analytic Hierarchy Process)-Focused on Office Building

　　The results of this study are summarized as follows: we drew conclusion such as environmental performance, functionality, and convenience dividing sub-items 3 fields except for safety, analyzed result domestic and international building performance assessment models 4 kinds of common assessment field safety, environmental friendliness, living performance, maintainability.Surveys using the AHP about environmental performance, functionality and convenience of drawn weighting, were scored to determine the consequent importance.Performance assessment ratings, performance evaluation criteria, performance evaluation scoring applied to Domestic and international criteria scoring the users (occupants) in consideration of green building performance assessment model was developed.Practices applied to the evaluation of this implementation results in terms of environmental, the social value of building is a total of 93 points, a green building with 62 points, a building with 46 points, as 16 points the difference occurred.Green building is 16 points higher than building score.These differences indicate that the social value of the two buildings can be used as an indicator.
