Survey And Analysis On The Government Building Of The Forest Service Field Office In KUDOYAMA Which Is Reconstructed
KUDOYAMA town was prosperous as a worship way to KOYASAN for many years.This town was prosperous also in forestry.Therefore, the features of KUDOYAMA town are shrines and temples.The government building of the forest service field office in KUDOYAMA town was built in 1909.The building was used until a new government building was built in 1965.The building was pulled down and the part was conserved.The purpose of this research is to clarify the feature and composition by survey and analysis, because there is little record of this building.A method of research is surveying, drawing and, analyzing.This building is wooden and consists of three rooms.From the results, the size of building is based on roomls size.The design of details is based on an alcove in room2.Ceiling height is based on the Japanese measurement metrics of Shaku.The feature of the Shrines-and-temples construction is adopted in the design of interior or the exterior of the building.The building is conserved from 1909 to the present in KUDOYAMA town.It haves been conserved, without demolition to be a precious property.
