From the beginning of the 16th century, with the pace of the colonists, Spanish residence began to spread to the distant ocean as a foreign architectural style.Different from a monolithic whole for colonial architecture in our impression, Spanish residence derives numerous variants of different forms due to differences in the intensity of colonization in North America.The buildings in this area to retain the overall sunshine quality of Spanish style while developing new details.Such slightly rough details are the precedent far from the Spanish colonies, from which, some veins of localization of foreign forms might be found out.
