The Implications of Eco-wisdom in Taoist philosophy for Chinas Urban Planning

摘要：

　　Era of ecological civilization emphasizes the unity and harmony between humans and nature.The only strategy we can choose is Sustainable Development.In Chinese traditional philosophical system, Taoism emphasis on the harmony between human being and the natural environment.This concept can be summarized as Unity of nature and man, Respect for the natural.This paper try to find some point of ecological ideas from Taoism, by which we can take to the modern urban planning system, to create the urban structure and theory with Chinese characteristics.
