Landscape Pattern of China Megalopolis Under The Influence of Transportation-A Case Study of Beijing

　　Transportation system is an importance element of cities, which directly affected city growth.Compared with small cities,megalopolises have more complicated traffic problems.With urban sprawl and over-development, traffic networks of megalopolises aggravated issues of landscape pattern, such as increasing of landscape fragmentation, declination of landscape connectivity, reduction of biodiversity, disorder of land use, occupation of farmlands and green spaces, which cause urban heat island effect increased, community separated, unbalanced distribution of environmental resources, and many social problems.This paper analyzed the impact of city transportation system on landscape pattern of China megalopolises, especially on Beijing,pointed out the problems and proposed solutions.
