Typhoon Resistance Measures and Design of Rural House at Coastal Areas of Zhejiang
As a kind of strong tropical cyclones, typhoon is the disaster weather frequently occurring in Zhejiang.Strong rainstorm brought by typhoon always cause great damages.In addition to high economic loss amounting to 10 billion yuan every year on average,casualties are also caused.Therefore, in new rural construction and planning process, damage caused by typhoon should be well treated.This paper analyzes situation of existing rural houses in Zhejiang.In light of large amount of old buildings remained,the typhoon resisting measures of reasonable classification, using these in good state, regulating these in ordinary level and evacuating from these in poor state which are specified in details.For new houses to be built in new rural construction and planning process, it is suggested to ensure typhoon resisting ability by strong structure and strict control of work and engineering quality control for siting, building materials and scientific construction;besides, normative measures are also proposed.
