Parameterization Modeling and Structural Analysis of the Digital Building

  Since beginning of the 21 Century, application of digital technology has made rapid progress in the architecture field, and relationship between design and construction is integrated on the platform of digital technology.The world greets the tide of digitalized architectural design.At home and abroad, many excellent digital buildings appear.These buildings imply their own geometrical rules.With these rules, it can program or use the geometrical modeling software to establish the parameterization geometrical model.Combining with the professional software, it can form the physical model, which can be imported to the finite element software or structural calculation software to conduct analysis and calculation.Digital buildings have the mathematic rhythm.When the building and the structure integrate in a perfect way, it often creates the miraculous architectural form that is greatly different from the traditional forms and makes the people to give acclaim.In this Paper, taking the classical boys curved surface and ellipsoid carbon cage form as the examples;specific parameterization modeling and structural analysis are described in details.
