Research and Application of Key Technology on Steel Structure of the Main Stadium for Hangzhou Olympic Sports&Expo Center
In this paper, the issues in detail design, manufacture and installing of the steel structure awning of Hangzhou Olympic Sports&Expo Center are studied.In the phase of steel detail design, biaxial bending steel tube detail design principle is proposed and detail design software is developed.In manufacture phase, a special dial for measuring and a jig frame for biaxial adjustable bending steel tube space point coordinates testing are designed, meanwhile a large-diameter thick-wall biaxial bending steel tube forming technique is developed.During steel structure installation phase, computer simulation of the preassembly of steel structure and simulation analyses of the construction process is studied.Its the first time that the unloading technique by zoning, steps, and combination of Ratio of equality and equidistant is proposed and applied in the project.The results show that these techniques are efficient, reasonable and can ensure the construction quality and safety.
