Experimental study on low A/S clinker sintering
Through implementing innovative series process, because of gradually lowering A/S of clinker, sintering range narrowing, amount of liquid phase increasing, sintering difficultly, and clinker hardening lead to capacity of digestion mill greatly reduce.An experimental study on low A/S of clinker has been carried out.The results of experimental study show: with the reduction of A/S of clinker, sintering temperature must be lowered.When A/S of clinker is within 1.3-1.6, sintering temperature is within 1210℃-1260℃ , normal sintering temperature is within 1230℃-1240℃.Calcium ratio is a main factor in clinker formula.When A/S of clinker is within 1.3-1.6, calcium ratio is within 1.8-2.1, alkali ratio is within 0.92-0.98, digestion ratio of clinker is better, and with the reduction of A/S of clinker, calcium ratio will be increased.Industrial application and practice of low A/S of clinker sintering have proved that A/S of clinker is reduced to 1.6-1.8 from 3.0, clinker kiln runs stably.
