Research on and Practice of Clean-free Waterside of Wide Runner Plate Heat Exchanger
Wide runner plate heat exchanger has been increasingly widely used in aluminum oxide industry while the cleaning of its waterside has always been a key factor for normal operation of this equipment.The causes of waterside blockage and cleaning difficulty are found through research on the waterside blockage of wide runner heat exchanger.Cooling water of modified use is utilized, proper water flow is established and operation descaling agent is applied to achieve the Clean-free effect.The system runs stably without the need for manual cleaning and the operation period is extended substantially after the new technology solution is put into use;it is able to reduce effectively the new water consumption, mitigate the labor intensity and save the cleaning cost.The solution presented in this paper has shown obvious effect through production verification and it has substantial promotion implication.
