The effect of alumina quality on aluminum production

摘要：

　　Quality of metallurgical alumina, which is the main raw material for aluminum production has big influence on the material and energy consumption of the aluminum production.This paper studies the effect of the common sandy alumina, intermediate alumina and powder alumina, as well as the impurity content in the alumina on the material and energy consumption of the aluminum production.Selection of the potline technical route for different alumina is also studied.
