Influence of heat treatment on properties of Ni-W-P/Re-Al2O3 composites prepared by ultrasonic pulse electrodeposition
Ni-W-P/Re-Al2O3 composite coatings were prepared by ultrasonic pulsed electrodeposition on the base of 20CrMo steel, influence on structure and properties of composite coating were analyzed by metallographic observation, microhardness tester, scanning electronic microscope, X-ray diffraction and electrochemical measurement system.The correlation between the heat treatment and microstructure, micro-hardness of the composite coatings were investigated.Results showed that: microhardness of the composite coating increased with the increasing of temperature of heat treatment increasing before 400 ℃ , then microhardness decreased after 400 ℃;Ni3P and NiO appeared after the heat treatment;when the heat treatment was 400 ℃, composite coating had the best corrosion resistance.
