Knowledge Sharing in Chinese Health Referral Services:Conceptual Basis, Performance, and Problems
this paper presents a literature review on knowledge sharing in Chinese health referral services.Specifically, there are four aims for this review: To provide a conceptual basis in knowledge management (KM) applications in healthcare;to obtain a comprehensive understanding on the present knowledge sharing (KS) implementation and performance;to identify and evaluate communication channels used in KS practice;and to identify existing problems in and barriers to KS.Essentially, we aim to establish a theoretical basis for more in-depth investigations in the future.
