Knowledge Discovery in Reputation Management of Peer Reviewer and Its Application

摘要：

　　Knowledge discovery is the process of discovering useful knowledge from a collection of historical data.In this paper, we apply the theory of knowledge discovery to the process of scientific and technical peer review.Based on the practical paper management experience of our editorial board, general problems in the process of peer review are analyzed.Some quantitative evaluation factors are designed to acquire useful information from peer review data to benefit the process of selecting the best peer reviewers for manuscripts.
