Efficiency Evaluation Research on the Two-stage Knowledge Management Based on Synergy Innovation

　　Current research on knowledge management has not studied the efficiency evaluation from the primitive accumulation of knowledge to the formation of industrial economy in a comprehensive and systematic manner.From the perspective of synergy innovation, this paper analyzes the evaluation mechanism of knowledge management, and constructs an index evaluation system in the aspects of basic platform construction, innovation input, and innovation output.Using Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA) method, we construct the efficiency evaluation model of a two-stage model.With simulation tests on some innovation centers, and from the college synergy innovation efficiency cases, this paper provides a new research method for the knowledge management and innovation, guiding the development of science and technology innovation practice.
