Research on Multi-Specialty Coordination, Multi-Discipline and Multifunction Integration Oriented Modeling and Simulation Innovation Technology

  The airplane is highly complex because the multiple system combination and interaction.Multi-discipline and multi-subject are interdependent and interactive in the whole research process,which need tons of parameters to reflect its comprehensive performance characteristics.It is necessary to make a simulation and control effectively on all the features which show the comprehensive performance of the aircraft,especially on the simulation of approximate real environment,normative data management,procedural control and visualization.Then the optimum project has been obtained after a lot of design schemes compares and the comprehensive balances in order to avoid the meaningless iterative design and save the cost and time.Firstly,this paper mainly covers the connotations,the functions and the key techniques of the Aircraft Digital Cooperative Robust Integration Optimization Performance Simulation Technology.Secondly,the Performance Simulation Airplane Integration Design Platform is established by the Performance Simulation Airplane construction analysis,a series of Standard Specification Establishing,the development of key modules and the implementation of supporting works.This platform is customizable,extendible and easy to be demonstrated.The platform contains several engineering data bases: the Performance Simulation Airplane model,simulation process data,simulation results data,and so on.It also provides the closed development process from the initial design to the optimized design,and end in the final detail design.It carries out the configuration selection and performance analysis for various airplanes,which fulfill the product development requirements in the entire process.At the same time,the visual control channels have been established on the model design schemes and the demand of the target value,which had made the test to be more intuitive and easier to understand.This technology is applicable in the cooperative simulation analysis about the General Configuration research,the Aerodynamic design,the Structure design,the Strength design and some system specialties.Compare to traditional technological concept and Architecture,this technique system has brought revolutionary changes that both design period of the product and the simulation test period are shortened more than 25%,which proved by previous projects.In addition,it is a general technology and applicable in other areas,such as the development of products of Aerospace,the Large Ships,vehicles,Heavy machinery,and the other manufacture domain.It has a comprehensive and profound influence in the improving of national advanced technologies.
