Research on the New Airplane Develop System Based on 3D-Digital Technique and Multi-Companies Collaboration

  In recent years,the design and manufacturing technology of foreign aviation enterprise has made revolutionary change with the rapid development of digital technology.Boeing created the GCE(Global Collaboration Environment)that integrate process,resources,and collaboration.GCE established an efficient way for all B787 partners to work together and brought a novel systematic method for global aviation industry.Airbus established the ACE(Airbus Concurrent Engineering)during A380 R&D Processes to develop their project.In contrast,Chinese collaboration engineering is still imperfect and there are many fields need further development.It is well known that the large aircraft is a high technology product in aeronautic industry,which plays an important role in the representing of national scientific and technological.To ensure the success of large aircraft design,it is necessary to develop a rapid,efficient and innovative technology that aims at the complexity and urgency of this project.Thus,we introduce the new airplane development systems goals,plans and contents based on 3D-digital technique and multi-companies collaboration in the beginning of this paper.Then,the New Airplane Develop System is established through learning the successful experiences of overseas advanced techniques,looking up a great deal of literature and making a breakthrough in several key techniques.Those key techniques include the product model definition technique based on the latest digital technique,the automation response technique of the whole airplane design and design modification,multilevel concurrent engineering technique,modular design and state manage technique,multi-companies and multi-suppliers cooperating technique,flexible assembly technique for large aircraft parts joining based on the digit-driven,etc.Furthermore,this paper provides a standard for large aircraft design and develops the DCE(Digital Collaboration Environment)which support all the partners in large aircraft development to work together.Our findings had been applied in the large aircraft development successfully,and the design period of the product shortened more than 40%.Otherwise,this system is a general technology and can be applied to the aeronautics,the astronautics,the large ship,vehicles,heavy construction machineries,and the other manufacture,which has a comprehensive and profound function in the development of high technique and entire countrys capability.
