Plastic zone analysis of the surrounding rock in circular roadway under asymmetric load
According to the characteristic of complexity and diversity about the analysis method for elastoplastic zone of surrounding rock under asymmetric load, a new solution to analysis of subarea characteristic was proposed.By using direct solution and approximate axisymmetric method, the approximate analytical solution of elastoplastic zone stress and plastic zone radius of roadway under asymmetric load were deduced.By using an example, the effects of different factors on plastic zone of surrounding rock under asymmetric load were studied.The results show that radius and stress of the roadways sides are reduced, but radius and stress of the roadways roof and floor are increased along with the increase of side pressure coefficient;intermediate principal stress coefficient in the range of 0-0.5 has significant effects on elastoplastic zone;the elastoplastic zone is enlarged with the increasing of cross section of the roadway, and the enhancement of supporting pressure and increasing of c0 and (t) can reduce the elastoplastic zone.Therefore, considering intermediate principal stress properly,reducing roadway section, and increasing supporting pressure can control the stability of surrounding rock effectively.
