Study on influence factors of coal low temperature oxidation under the adiabatic condition
The adiabatic oxidation experiment is that the temperature inside the coal container automatically be controlled under the temperature of the coal adiabatic oxidation in order to minimize heat loss.In this paper, based on the theoretical analysis of the energy balance equation and the critical condition of spontaneous combustion of the coal, a coal adiabatic low temperature oxidation and self-heating experimental system is developed. Then the influential factors on the coal adiabatic low temperature oxidation and self-heating experiment are studied by using the above system. It can be concluded that the suitable initial temperature for the coal adiabatic low-temperature oxidation and self-heating experiment is 40 ℃, and it is better to using dried coal sample in order to avoid the influence of the water. The oxygen flow rate also shows a great influence on the results of the experiment, and the suitable oxygen flow rate is 50 mL/min.
