The indoor experiment study of clay-cement grouting and the application in coal seam floor grouting reconstruction

  In order to find out some essential phenomenon and regularity of clay-cement grouting, through indoor experiment, described the general regulation of water-solid ratio, bleeding ratio, viscosity and setting time of clay-cement grouting, and analyzes simply its influencing factors.In this study, there are 13 proportions of clay-cement grouting, and there are 7 solid material proportions.The experimental study shows that, when the cement content of solid material was 35%,the preparation of grouting with same proportion uses the least amount of water, at the same time, the viscosity is maximum;the bleeding ratio of grouting with cement content is approximately linear relationship;the main factors affecting the grouting setting time is not proportion and solid material ratio, but the outside temperature.Through the application in 6 coal seam floor grouting reconstruction,and achieved significant results.
