EFFECT OF EMOTION ON WORKING STRESS OF SENIOR BUSINESS MANAGERS BASED ON EYE MOVEMENT EXPERIMENT

  With the fierce competition and rapid technological challenges, working stress can not only threaten managers personal physical and mental health, but also affect the enterprises production management and economic benefits.It is hard for the human resource management to identify the stress level of senior managers.This paper focuses on work stress of the medium and top managers in China Aviation Industry Group.We approach the study of leadership stress by integrating the method of questionnaire survey and eye movement experiment.Evaluating the negative tendency of managers, we propose the relationship among emotion, stress source and stress handling.According to the data analysis, mangers aged 41 to 45 get the highest negative tendency.The participants in the period that working for seven to ten years have the highest mean score of negative tendency.The negative index is different for the participants on various positions.The results from the stress analysis may contribute to better understanding the leadership work stress control and establishing early warning mechanism.
