CLOSED LOOP SUPPLY CHAIN MODEL WITH RECYCLING ACTIVITY OF CORPORATE SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY

　　The stakeholders debate about corporate social responsibility in supply chain has been transform into a challenge for involving as many actors in the supply chain for doing social responsibility.Here, the recycling activity with given collection and recycling capacity planning supported by fund from corporate social responsibility policy are proposed to counter act such challenge.Four market response is adopted and the system dynamics is used since the system under the study is dynamic and full of feedbacks.The result shows that the corporate social responsibility in supply chain through recycling could improve supply chain profits, green image and social performance, moreover in a high social sensitive market.However, the social contribution level must be manage properly in order not to lose the demand because of the price hike to premium price.
