PROJECT MANAGEMENT BASED STUDY ON LARGE-SCALE UNIVERSITY STUDENT THEMATIC ACTIVITY MANAGEMENT

摘要：

　　University student thematic activities not only play an important role on building a harmonious campus culture, but also help to optimize the environment and improve the overall quality of university students.Considering the status and problems of large-scale university student thematic activities management, this paper builds a project process management model for university student thematic activities and applies it to case studies of Job Competition of Beihang University.Finally, this paper would propose some suggestions on optimizing management of large university student thematic activities.
