DYNAMIC RISK CONTROL AND MANAGEMENT OF OEM PROJECT

　　With the development of science and technology, division of work is getting smaller.As a result, OEM enterprises get a chance for booming development.However, OEM project is facing too many risks that will change at any time.So it is necessary to do project risk management for OEM enterprises.This paper focuses on the risk evaluation and risk management of OEM project.By analyzing the factors and characteristics of OEM project risks, this paper used PDCA cycle and the whole process risk management to discuss the problems and solutions that may exist in OEM project risk management.On the basis of the above study, this paper puts forward the contract plan of OEM project risk management, to make a suggestion for project risk management of OEM enterprises.
