EMPIRICAL RESEARCH ON THE INFLUENCE OF KNOWLEDGE NETWORK RELATIONAL EMBEDDEDNESS ON ENTERPRISES CAPABILITIES OF DESIGN-DRIVEN INNOVATION USING STRUCTURAL EQUATION MODEL

摘要：

　　Design-driven innovation pattern is a new innovation pattern which creatively integrates social, cultural and technological factors into an innovative product.Based on the existing literature of relational embeddedness and design-driven innovation, the author examines the relationships between the knowledge network relational embeddedness and enterprises capabilities of design-drven innovation through an empirical research targeted for new high-tech enterprises in Beijing.The results show that knowledge network relational embeddedness has a positive impact on enterprises capabilities of design-driven innovation on the whole and enterprises should pay more attention to information sharing and relationship maintenance.
