A TRANSFORMATION EFFICIENCY STUDY OF SCIENTIFIC AND TECHNOLOGICAL ACHIEVEMENTS OF HIGH-TECH ENTERPRISE BASED ON THE STOCHASTIC FRONTIER ANALYSIS MODEL

摘要：

　　The four elements of innovation diffusion were analysed to find out the factors which can influence achievements transformation and build the index system.Based on this, the transformation efficiency of companies in Fengtai Science Park was estimated using the stochastic frontier production function.The empirical results suggest that the average transformation efficiency of this science park is 0.71 and quantities of scientific achievements, R&D expenses, together with favorable policies and financial supports play crucial roles accelerating the transformation.
