STUDY ON THE KEY PATENTS BASED ON KEYWORDS RECOGNITION: ANALYSIS ON WIRELESS COMMUNICATION TECHNOLOGY IN PATENT POOL

摘要：

　　In this paper, we introduced a method that searching the key patents through keywords included in the patents.Chinese words are segmented firstly from the original text using the CRF tool, then some corrections are made based on mutual information, keywords are finally recognized from the words set through the processing of TF-IDF model.Key Patents are searched by the keywords recognized and some analysis on the 3G (The Third Generation Mobile Communication Technology) from the key patents angle between Chinese enterprises and foreign counterparts.There are a big gap between Chinese enterprises and foreign counterparts on the WCDMA and CDMA2000, but TD-SCDMA is the 3G standard firstly proposed by China, it is a very good chance to seize.Chinese enterprises should increase the R&-D investment and push good technologies to the world not only for the interests, it is shot sight.
