EVALUATION AND STUDY VIA INNOVATION ECOSYSTEM OVER SCIENCE PARKS IN CHINA
Scientific park is the active innovation area and its development draws attention.Currently the study of the scholars at home and abroad on the innovation of scientific park focuses on the evaluation of the innovative capacity of scientific park, but less on the measurement of the structure, function, substance, energy and information flow of the innovative system.In this paper, the author, by putting the ecological system theory into the study on the innovative system of scientific park ,establishes the evaluation index system for the innovation ecosystem of scientific park.In this paper, the author, by putting the ecological system theory into the study on the innovative system of scientific park, establishes the evaluation index system for the innovation ecosystem of scientific park.Furthermore, the author makes an empirical study on the innovation ecosystems comprehensive level of 53 high tech zones in China, and find the differences in terms of innovation ecosystem.Zhongguancun National Demonstration Zone in Beijing has the absolute advantages in ecological niche, flow of system and potential energy of the innovation ecosystem and gets the highest score.The number of high tech zones with scores ranging from 20 to 22 points is the largest, around 22, and this is followed by high tech zones with scores ranging from 1 to 10 points, 18.
