RISK ANALYSIS FOR BOT IN SEWAGE TREATMENT PROJECT BASED ON BAYESIAN NETWORK

摘要：

　　More and more sewage treatment projects in China are employing the Build-Operate-Transfer (BOT) financing mode.BOT shares risks among the stakeholders and brings more difficulties in risk analysis to the projects.This article tries to use Bayesian Network to find more effective methods in risk assessment and response.Firstly, the risks in BOT sewage projects are identified;secondly, Bayesian Network (BN) is used to depict the causal relationships among the risks;finally, a BN software is employed to calculate the relationships.It contributes to provide a brief frame work for risk analysis in BOT in sewage treatment project.
