AN IMPROVED QUANTUM GENETIC ALGORITHM FOR EMERGENCY LOGISTICS SCHEDULING
To solve the emergency logistics scheduling problem more efficiently, this paper presents an improved quantum genetic algorithm which applies greedy algorithm to decoding and simulated annealing algorithm to updating population.Numerical experiments show that the proposed quantum genetic algorithm is more effective than the traditional quantum genetic algorithm and the probability based quantum genetic algorithm for capacitated vehicle routing problem in emergency logistics scheduling.
