THE CONSTRUCTION OF THE CORE ENTERPRISE CREDIT EVALUATION MODEL AND ITS APPLICATION IN SUPPLY CHAIN FINANCE
Supply chain finance, as a new way of financing, builds a mutual benefit situation, in which the bank, enterprises and the entire supply chain all benefit from it.The credit support that core enterprises provide for the small and medium enterprises (SMEs) means an important guarantee for the establishment of supply chain finance. However, if the core enterprise breaks the contract, then the supply chain finance may face the possibility of fracture, and the banks may suffer loss at the same time.Based on the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP), this paper establishes the credit risk assessment model for the core enterprise. After that, we apply this model to evaluate the core enterprise (steel company A) credit, and the result shows that it has good credit and a good level of solvency.Because the model is convenient, can be operated easily, and can obtain data easily, it can be used as the comprehensive evaluation method for the current credit risk of the core enterprise.
