A STUDY ON THE COMPARISON OF ORGANIZATION IN THE IT OFFSHORE DEVELOPMENT BETWEEN JAPAN AND CHINA

　　It is the purpose of this paper to compare and analyze the commonness and differences between Chinese and Japanese business organizations in the IT offshore development.In this study, will attempt to analyze the difference from the viewpoint of PMBOK.These results may have an effect on the offshore development enterprises involved in offshoring and companies organizational change.
