HOW USER EXPERIENCE ACTIVITY INCREASE MOBILE APPLICATION USE INTENTION
Along with the development of smart phones, the concept of User Experience is more and more popular.Following the trend, this research evaluates and compares the user experience of two different versions of a mobile application, and then analyzes the differences in several aspects including user behavioral intention (the intention to use)between them, finding that users prefer using the latter version.This indicates that the User Experience Design work, the main reason of the improvement from the former version to the latter one, can improve user behavioral intention, thus is effective and necessary.Moreover, the research also finds that for a particular kind of mobile application in two typical using conditions, PU (perceived usefulness) and PE (perceived entertainment) are two most important factors which can account for nearly 50 % of the reason influencing peoples behavioral intentions.Based on these findings a recommendation to the mobile application developers is made.
