AN EMPIRICAL RESEARCH OF HUMAN CAPITAL CONTRIBUTION TO THE GROWTH OF ENTERPRISE OUTPUT
In the times of knowledge economy, the intellectual capital has replaced the traditional physical capital and has become the core competitiveness of enterprises.However, this paper contends that the relationships among the elements of intellectual capital, human capital, structural capital and relational capital, are not equal.Among them, human capital plays a leading role.Thus, firstly this paper qualitatively analyses the influence of human capital to the enterprise output growth.Secondly, establishing the human capital measurement models on the basis of the evaluation on the existing model.Finally, the contribution rate of human capital to the enterprise output growth along with the longitudinal change trend can be found through the empirical study.This research provides the reference to improve the efficiency of human capital for enterprises.
