IMPACT OF INTERNATIONALIZATION OF EDUCATION ON UNIVERSITY STUDENTS EMPLOYABILITY

摘要：

　　The internationalization of education is an important part of university talents training in China.This paper focuses on empirical research of the impact of internationalization of education on university students employability.Research shows that international education experience is significantly correlated with self-awareness, communication skills, cognitive abilities and individual reliability, which contained in employability;for those who already have experience of international education, mode and time of abroad experience have a significant impact on communication skills and cognitive ability of employability.
