Transcript Correlation between GHR and IGF-I in Different Tissues Revealed by qPCR in Yak(Bos grunniens)

　　The GH(Growth Hormone)-IGF-I(Insulin-like Growth Factor I) axis, namely somatotrophic axis, is important for metabolic control.We hypothesized that there is transcript correlation between GHR and IGF-I in various tissues of yak.The goals of this study were also to establish a method detecting GHR and IGF-I transcript levels in yak.
