Characteristics and Analysis of B2A in Tianzhu White Yak
In this study, two primers of B2A gene in yak were designed according to the mRNA sequence of cattle B2A gene(accession No.XM_002695972.2).The results showed that B2A gene encoding 156 amino acids, which might become a hydrophilic protein.The secondary structure was mainly composed of extended strand, beta turn and random coil.The amino acid sequence demonstrated high homology with cattle, which and containing high sulphur keratin-associated protein complete family proteins domain.
