Nitrous oxide emissions of two different aged lucerne (Medicago sativa) pastures in the Loess Plateau

　　Nitrous oxide missions from two different aged lucerne stands were evaluated at the Lanzhou University Loess Plateau Research Station by the static-chamber method.Results indicated that an 11-year old lucerne stand (mean 0.0087 mg/(m2 h)) produces more N2O than a 4-year old lucerne stand (mean 0.0036 mg/(m2 h)).
