Drawing Forming Parameters of Nonuniform Thick Tailor-welded High Strength Steel Plates

  In this paper, based on the dynamic explicit finite element software-Dynaform, it takes a cylindrical piece as the research object, combines the physical experiments with numerical simulations, and systematic study the preparation of tailor-welded blanks and tailor-welding stamping process with high strength steel plates B340/590 and B400/780 in the stamping processing of tailor-welding blanks with differential thicknesses.The test results show that the effective control of blank sizes and loading modes of blank holder force in the stamping of high strength tailor-welded steel plates with differential thicknesses can improve the blank thinning ratio of tailor-welded metals, and finally obtain the drawing limited coefficient m=0.53 of specimens through stamping processing.The results of numerical simulations and physical experiments match better.
