ENVIMINE-Developing Environmental and Geodynamical Safety Related to Mine Closure in the Barents Region

摘要：

　　Mining environmental project between Finland, Russia and Sweden is carried out in the Barents region in 2012-2014.Objectives of the project are to develop methodology for environmentally safe mine closure under specific conditions in the Barents region by cross border cooperation, and to exchange experiences and scientific knowledge.Objectives are also to develop harmonization between mineral industry and environmental management, to produce information of environmental impacts of the mining activities for the target groups and to develop multilateral relations between organizations, responsible for environmental management.
