Modeling of Laminar Fluid Flow in Jet Dispensing Process
In this paper,the model of jet dispensing process is developed by decomposing the dispenser into three parts.This model includes all the important system parameters,such as the fluid viscosity,the diameter and length of nozzle and backflow chamber.In this model,the fluid flow is assumed to be steady state flow at each moment.During the whole jetting process,the fluid flow state changes with the changing resultant force of the needle.By iterative computations of each fluid flow state,the dispensing output and needle velocity can be obtained.
