Simulation Analysis of Jet Dispenser Based on Piezoelectric Actuators
Jet dispenser driven by piezoelectric actuators,based on diamond-shape shell structure without any hinges,was designed and their static and dynamic characters were investigated.The amplifier makes the dispenser small and compact,and operated in a wide range of frequency.In this study,a method to accumulate the amplifyer displacement will present firstly.In the following,dynamic model of a dispenser prototype is established and analyzed.Finally,performance of the dispenser with varies input voltages and frequency will be discussed.
