A THZ Cross-guide Waveguide Directional Coupler With High Directivity

摘要：

　　A terahertz(THZ)cross-guide waveguide directional coupler with high directivity is realized in this paper.This construction covers the frequency from 205 to 235 GHz.Its coupling value is 20±0.8 dB,and the isolation is greater than 51 dB,which means that the directivity is in excess of 30 dB.
